  •  450 gr. - asparagus. (How to prepare asparagus)
  •  40 gr. - butter
  •  1 tbsp. - olive oil
  • 450 ml. - chicken broth.
  • 1 - onion
  • 3 - garlic cloves
  • 250 ml. - heavy cream

Instructions

  • in a large pot, melt olive oil and butter.
  • add garlic and onion for and wait for 10 minute and stirring unit softened.
  • add chopped asparagus salt and chicken broth and bring to boil for 15 minutes until asparagus is tender.
  • transfer the soup to the blender or use a hand blender and puree the soup until you have a creamy smooth consistency.
