Fried breaded beans

I tried this dish more than ten years ago in a small restaurant that did not have a sophisticated interior, but the food was divine. I was thinking about     preparing this recipe for a long time, it reminds me for some nice moments with my family and my mouth is juicing with the taste of the food back there.

And therefore I searched through the net for this recipe and  I found different many versions, but as I did not liked neither of them I decided to experiment with the breading.

300 g - large beans
2 eggs
1 teaspoon - mint
1 tablespoon - Cornmeal
1 tablespoon - White flour
1 tablespoon - Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

For the dip:
1 teaspoon - Soy sauce
1 teaspoon - Vinegar
A skalidka - pressed garlic
50 ml. - Water
Chopped dill

Wash the beans, cover them well with water and soak them for one night.

The next day, put the beans to boil with some water and when the water is boiling throw it out. Repeat this procedure three time. This is needed to reduce the adverse side effects of beans as swollen stomach and gases. Once you have thrown the third water, boil the beans until they are ready, but it is important the grains to be whole and ready for individual breading. Once the beans are ready, drain from the water and set aside to cool.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt, add corn flour, white flour and breadcrumbs and stir until  you reach a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the cooked beans in a bowl with the mixture  and mix well.

In a small saucepan with a well-heated oil drop the beans one by one to fry until golden. Remove the fried beans with slotted spoon and let them on a towel to drain the oil.

Dip preparation:
Put the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, water and chopped dill in a bowl and mix well.  Pour the prepared sauce over the fired beans and let them mix for about 5-10 before serving. Serve in a plate and saucer decorated with dill. Enjoy!
