Tomato Bruschetti

Italian cuisine is among my favorite with its simplicity and yet masterful combination of nutrition elements. Today's recipe is emblematic of Italian cuisine and dates from the late 15th century.


Lettuce, Peas and Mint Soup


I'm a big fan of cream soups and I love to experiment in this direction, so I decided to try something new. I was not sure whether it's worth the effort. My little princess, which is only a year and a half old licked her fingers and her small mouth says "More" This was the best way to be sure if it was worth it.
